How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, flat surface and ensure the anti-slip feet are in contact with the countertop. Fit the detachable blade and secure the food pusher. Adjust the thickness setting between 0 and 17 mm according to the desired slice thickness. Switch the unit on using the safety on/off switch, then slide the food past the blade using the food pusher while keeping fingers clear of the cutting area. Turn the slicer off and unplug before removing the blade for cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, refrigerate meats and semi-hard cheeses before slicing and always follow the manufacturer's cleaning and safety instructions. Do not use with hot or liquid foods; avoid forcing very hard items through the blade.
