Cortasetos telescópico GARDENA StarCut Pro L mango en T, longitud ajustable 175–400 cm

GARDENA StarCut Pro L T-handle is a pole pruner with an adjustable length of 175–400 cm designed for pruning trees and shrubs at height. The tool combines a long, telescopic shaft with a T-handle and a bypass cutting head to reach elevated branches without using a ladder. Constructed for regular domestic and professional garden maintenance, the pole pruner delivers extended reach and stable control for cleaner, safer cuts on limbs and shoots.

Advantages

The adjustable telescopic shaft allows quick extension and secure locking between 175 and 400 cm, enabling access to high branches while keeping firm footing. The T-handle provides improved leverage and ergonomic control for two-handed operation, reducing wrist strain during repeated cuts. The bypass-style cutting head offers precise shearing action for living wood, supporting clean cuts that promote healthy regrowth. Durable materials and a lightweight design balance strength and manoeuvrability for repeated outdoor use.

Suitable for

• Pruning tree branches at various heights
• Trimming shrubs and hedges without a ladder
• Routine garden maintenance and seasonal shaping
• Professional groundskeeping and arboriculture tasks

Key specifications

• Adjustable length: 175–400 cm
• Handle type: T-handle for improved grip and control
• Cutting head: bypass pruner for clean cuts on living wood
• Operation: two-handed use for stability and leverage
• Construction: lightweight materials for easier handling

How to use

Extend the telescopic shaft to the required length and secure the locking mechanism before use. Position the pole so the cutting head approaches the branch at an appropriate angle, then operate the T-handle with both hands to control the cut. For thicker branches, use smooth, steady movements and make cuts close to the branch collar to support healthy regrowth. After pruning, retract the shaft and store the tool in a dry place.

Recommendations

Inspect the pole and cutting head before each use, keep blades sharp and clean, and wear appropriate eye and hand protection. Do not exceed the recommended cutting capacity of the cutting head; for very thick branches use suitable saws or consult a professional. Regularly check and tighten locking mechanisms and pivot points to maintain safe operation.
