Detector de movimiento Busch-Jaeger 6220-0-0109 — blanco, distancia de detección 6 m, IP20, sensibilidad lumínica 500 lx, 71×71×30 mm

Busch-Jaeger 6220-0-0109 is a compact, wall-mounted motion detector in white, engineered for indoor presence detection and automated lighting control. With a detection distance up to 6 m and a light sensitivity set at 500 lx, it detects movement in corridors, stairways and rooms to switch lights based on occupancy. Its IP20 rating indicates suitability for dry indoor environments, and its small footprint (71×71×30 mm) allows discrete installation on standard walls or mounting boxes.

Advantages

The detector combines a small physical size with a reliable 6 m detection range, making it suitable for confined spaces where discreet sensor placement is required. Adjustable light sensitivity at 500 lx prevents activation during daylight or when artificial lighting is not needed. IP20 protection is appropriate for interior locations, and the standard rectangular form factor supports straightforward installation in residential and commercial interiors.

How to use

Install the motion detector at a height and position that provide an unobstructed view of the monitored area, typically on a wall near the room entrance or along a corridor. Connect the device to the lighting circuit following local electrical regulations and the manufacturer's wiring instructions. Adjust installation orientation so the sensor covers the desired detection zone within its 6 m range. Set the light sensitivity to 500 lx to avoid triggering under sufficient ambient light. After power-up, test the sensor by walking through the detection area to confirm reliable switching of the connected lighting.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, mount the detector at a recommended height and avoid placing it opposite large heat sources, rotating fans, or windows that receive direct sunlight. Use it in dry indoor environments consistent with its IP20 rating and combine with compatible lighting circuits and controls to achieve the desired automation and energy-saving behavior.
