Endorser/Impresora Fujitsu fi-819PR Frontal Blanco

The Fujitsu fi-819PR Endorser/Imprinter (PA03810-D201) is an optional front-page imprinter designed for use with Fujitsu fi-8150, fi-8170, and fi-8190 scanners. Finished in white, this unit prints identification markers such as dates, alphanumeric codes and symbols onto the document during the scanning process to provide a visible endorsement on the paper original while a matching virtual imprint can be placed on the digitised image.

Advantages

The endorser provides reliable front-page printing compatible with specific Fujitsu scanner models, helping with compliance and record keeping. It produces clear, consistent imprints of dates, codes and symbols on the reverse or specified side of originals and can be used together with a virtual imprint on the scanned image for cross-referencing. The unit's compatibility and straightforward integration make it suitable for workflows that require physical proof of capture.

How to use

Install the fi-819PR unit onto the compatible Fujitsu scanner according to the scanner's installation instructions. Configure imprint content and placement through the scanner's software or driver settings before scanning. Place documents as usual in the feeder; the imprinter will apply the selected imprint to the front page while the scanner captures the image. Verify imprint alignment and legibility on initial runs and adjust settings if necessary.

Recommendations

Use the imprinter for documents that require a permanent physical endorsement for compliance or audit trails. Regularly check and replace ink or consumables per Fujitsu's maintenance guidelines and confirm compatibility with your scanner firmware and driver versions before installation.
