Escáner Brother DS-940DW escáner de alimentación 600 x 600 DPI A4 negro, blanco

Brother DSmobile DS-940DW is a compact sheet-fed portable document scanner with built-in rechargeable battery, wireless LAN and a maximum optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi (software-enhanced up to 1200 x 1200 dpi). Its U-path roller design lets documents feed without requiring extra space behind the unit, making it suitable for limited workspaces and mobile use. The scanner accepts a range of media including A4-size papers, business cards and plastic cards up to 1.24 mm thick, and supports sending scans to email, cloud services, files and memory cards. Quiet operation (approximately 53 dB) and compatibility with common drivers (TWAIN, WIA, ICA, SANE) allow integration with varied systems.

Advantages

The DS-940DW offers true portability thanks to an integrated rechargeable battery and wireless connectivity, enabling scan-and-go workflows without a constant power connection. Its duplex sheet-fed mechanism scans both sides in a single pass while the U-path roller system reduces required desk space. The unit supports a wide range of media types and provides multiple interface options (Wireless LAN and USB 3.2 Gen 1) for flexible connectivity. A quiet operation level and broad driver support make it suitable for mixed operating environments.

Place the sheet or card into the feed slot; the U-path roller will guide the document over the top of the scanner and return it to you. For two-sided materials, enable duplex mode to scan both sides in a single pass. Choose the destination (cloud, email, folder, or memory card) and start scanning through the app or installed driver.

Recommendations

For best results, align documents before feeding and avoid heavily creased or torn originals. Use the Brother mobile app or compatible TWAIN/WIA/ICA/SANE drivers for seamless transfer to cloud services or local applications. Regularly clean the feed rollers according to the user manual to maintain reliable paper handling.
