How to use

Place documents into the 100-sheet automatic document feeder, select the required scan size and resolution on the 10.9 cm display or via network software, then start the scanning job. For duplex documents, enable duplex mode before scanning. Follow on-screen prompts for destination selection, file format and naming. Use the network connection to send scanned files to shared folders, email or document management systems.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, feed documents free of staples and paper clips, and use paper within the supported size range. Regularly clean the scanner glass and ADF rollers according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions to maintain image quality and prevent jams.
