Ewent 1,5 m cable de red Cat6 UTP gris U/UTP (UTP)

The Ewent 1.5m Cat6 RJ-45 U/UTP Grey networking cable provides a straightforward wired connection for devices that require stable Ethernet performance. Designed to support 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, the cable uses Cat6 specification wiring and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to deliver up to 1000 Mbit/s data transfer speeds. The grey jacket and 1.5 m length make it suitable for short runs between network equipment in home or office settings while U/UTP construction reduces external interference.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable offers a reliable physical connection that helps maintain consistent throughput and low latency for typical Ethernet applications. The RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of routers, switches, network cards and other Ethernet-enabled devices. U/UTP cabling technology provides a balance between noise suppression and ease of installation, and the compact 1.5 m length reduces cable clutter in workspaces where longer cables are unnecessary.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a router or switch for stable internet access
• Linking network printers or NAS devices to the local network
• Short-distance patching between wall outlets and network equipment
• Small office or home office (SOHO) setups requiring gigabit connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Categorization: Cat6
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported network standards: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall unshielded)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end of the cable to the Ethernet port of your computer, switch or router and insert the other RJ-45 end into the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors click into place to secure the physical connection. For best results, avoid tight bends or kinks in the cable and position it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference where possible.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short runs where gigabit performance is required. Replace the cable if connectors become loose or the jacket shows visible damage. Keep connectors dry and clean and avoid routing the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to minimize potential interference.
