How to use

Place the Gastroback Vital Juicer Pro on a stable, level surface and ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly. Fit the juicing components according to the user manual, secure the lid and plug the unit into a suitable outlet. Prepare fruit and vegetables by washing and cutting them to sizes that fit the feed chute. Switch the juicer on and feed produce into the chute in a steady flow, using the provided pusher if supplied. After juicing, switch off and unplug the appliance before disassembling. Clean removable parts under running water or as directed in the manual; allow parts to dry before reassembling and storing.

Recommendations

To maintain performance, avoid forcing very large or hard pieces through the feed chute; cut produce to manageable sizes. For optimal longevity, clean the filter and components after each use, and allow the motor to rest between long juicing sessions to prevent overheating.
