Freidora Princess 183028 Double Negro Fryer 6 L 3600 W

The Princess 183028 Double Black Fryer 6 L 3600 W is a twin-chamber electric deep fryer designed for preparing larger quantities of fried food in one cycle. With a total capacity of 6 litres (2 x 3 L pans) and a combined power rating of 3600 W (2 x 1800 W), the appliance reaches frying temperature quickly and supports simultaneous cooking in two separate pans. Each pan has its own thermostat control while both heating elements share a single mains plug; the fryer includes removable enamel pans, two baskets with folding handles and safety oil filters that reduce splattering and allow simple oil straining.

Advantages

The double construction allows cooking different foods at their ideal temperatures at the same time, saving time when preparing family meals. A cool zone below the heating elements collects crumbs and prevents them from burning, helping to keep the oil cleaner and extending its usable life. The integrated safety oil filters reduce oil splatter when frying frozen or moist foods and make countertop cleanup easier. Most detachable parts are dishwasher-safe and the removable enamel pans simplify oil changes and cleaning.

Suitable for

• Preparing fish and chips or large portions of fries for family meals
• Cooking snacks and frozen foods simultaneously at different temperatures
• Small gatherings and parties where continuous frying is required
• Households that want easy-to-clean deep frying with reduced oil contamination

Key specifications

• Power: 3600 W (2 x 1800 W heating elements)
• Food capacity per pan: up to 1.8 kg combined capacity for typical batches
• Controls: rotary thermostats for each pan (separate temperature control)
• Safety features: cool zone beneath heating elements and safety oil filters to reduce splattering
• Design: black finish with two frying baskets with folding handles
• Cleaning: removable enamel pans and detachable parts, most dishwasher-safe
• Power connection: single plug for the linked heating system

How to use

Fill each removable enamel pan with the recommended quantity of oil and secure the pans within the fryer. Insert the baskets with food, set the individual rotary thermostats to the required temperatures and allow the oil to preheat. Use the cool zone and safety filters to collect crumbs and reduce splatter when frying frozen or moist products. When frying is finished, lift the baskets to drain excess oil, switch off and unplug the appliance, then allow oil and components to cool before handling removable parts for cleaning or oil removal.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling baskets and do not exceed the maximum oil level indicated by the removable pans. Preheat oil to the correct temperature for the food type, use the separate thermostats to fry items requiring different temperatures, and strain oil through the supplied safety filters to remove crumbs before storing. Allow all parts to cool fully before cleaning; removable enamel pans and most detachable components are dishwasher-safe, but consult the instruction manual for specific cleaning instructions.
