Guía para rack Rittal 4937.000, acero, plata, profundidad 1155 mm, pack de 6

Rittal 4937.000 rack rail is a steel mounting rail finished in silver, supplied as a pack of six pieces and designed for installation in server and network cabinets with a depth compatible with 1155 mm mounting requirements. These rails provide a standard-based mounting solution for servers, switches, patch panels and other 19-inch rack equipment, enabling secure and repeatable positioning of devices inside cabinets used in data centres, server rooms and network closets.

Advantages

The steel construction ensures robust load-bearing capacity and long service life while the silver finish offers corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance inside the cabinet. Delivered in a set of six, the rails simplify large-scale installation and replacement tasks and ensure consistent alignment across multiple racks. Their dimensions are suitable for cabinets and enclosures requiring a 1155 mm depth, facilitating equipment compatibility and effective cable management.

Suitable for

• Mounting 19-inch servers and rackmount network equipment
• Data centre and server room cabinet installations
• IT infrastructure upgrades and replacement of worn rails
• Network closets and telecommunications racks

Key specifications

• Material: steel
• Finish: silver
• Depth (mounting length): 1155 mm
• Pack quantity: 6 rails
• Compatibility: for standard 19-inch rack equipment

How to use

Select the appropriate mounting position inside the cabinet that accommodates a 1155 mm rail depth and align each rail with the cabinet mounting holes or profiles. Secure the rails using compatible fasteners and ensure they are level and parallel to maintain proper alignment for rackmount equipment. Install equipment by sliding or bolting devices to the rails following manufacturer instructions for the mounted device, and verify load distribution across multiple rails when installing heavy units.

Recommendations

Before installation, confirm cabinet depth and mounting hole pattern are compatible with 1155 mm rails. Use appropriate screws and cage nuts or fastening hardware rated for the intended load. For heavy equipment, distribute weight across multiple rails and follow rack manufacturer guidelines for grounding and airflow clearance.
