The stand includes a manual brake to lock the drum and an integrated eyelet that guides the fibre during pulling; the fibreglass end is fitted with a guiding head for easy attachment to cables or fish tapes.

How to use

Place the cable pulling pilot on a level surface and unlock the manual brake to allow the rod to unwind smoothly from the stand. Feed the guiding head through the conduit or duct by pushing the fibreglass rod, using controlled pressure to negotiate bends while avoiding sudden force. Attach the cable securely to the guiding head using appropriate connectors or tape, then pull the cable back through the duct while simultaneously retracting the rod. Use the manual brake to control the unwind and prevent overruns during feed and retrieval.
