Herlitz 8757007 grapadora estándar colores surtidos

The Herlitz 8757007 Standard clinch stapler is a compact desktop stapler designed for everyday office and home use. Compatible with No.24/6 staples, this stapler fastens paper stacks with a standard clinch mechanism that bends staple legs inward to reduce bulk on the document underside. Supplied in assorted colours and packaged in a box, the unit combines simple mechanics with a durable plastic and metal construction suitable for routine stapling tasks.

Advantages

The stapler offers a reliable standard clinch system that keeps stapled documents neat and reduces snagging. Its compatibility with widely available No.24/6 staples ensures easy reloading, while the compact footprint makes it convenient for small desks or shared workspaces. The assortment of colours allows visual identification or coordination with office supplies without affecting functionality.

Suitable for

• Binding printed pages and reports in offices and schools
• Daily home paperwork and personal organisation
• Small reception or shared workstation use
• Light administrative and clerical tasks

Key specifications

• Staple type compatibility: No.24/6
• Clinch mechanism: standard clinch (inward bend)
• Construction: plastic housing with metal stapling mechanism
• Form factor: compact desktop design
• Packaging: boxed, assorted colours

How to use

Open the stapler by lifting the top cover or sliding the magazine as designed to expose the staple channel. Insert a strip of No.24/6 staples into the magazine, close the cover securely, and press the top plate down on the stack of paper to staple. For best results, align pages neatly near the corner or desired stapling point and apply steady pressure until the staple clinches. If staples jam, open the magazine and remove obstructing staples before reloading.

Recommendations

Use No.24/6 staples only and avoid attempting to staple stacks beyond the recommended capacity for standard clinch staplers. Keep the staple channel clean and periodically check for bent staples or debris to maintain consistent performance. Choose a colour variant to match workspace organisation or visibility needs.
