Hoja de sierra Bosch Expert ACZ 105 ET

The Bosch Expert ACZ 105 ET saw blade is a multitool segment blade engineered to cut a wide range of materials including brick, mortar, grout, glass-fibre reinforced plastic, laminate, solid surface countertops and PVC. Its design incorporates a large curved carbide strip welded to the segment, delivering improved precision and an extended lifespan compared with standard segment blades. The blade has a diameter of 105 mm and is supplied singly in a blister pack.

Advantages

The EXPERT MultiMaterial Segment features Bosch Carbide Technology with a substantial welded carbide strip for high durability and consistent cutting performance. It resists wear when cutting abrasive materials such as mortar and grout, and maintains cutting precision on hard surfaces including solid surface worktops and laminates. The blade’s segment shape helps reduce clogging and provides efficient material removal across different substrates.

Suitable for

• Cutting grout and mortar
• Trimming and shaping brick and masonry
• Working with glass-fibre reinforced plastics (GRP)
• Cutting laminates and abrasive composite surfaces
• Trimming PVC and solid surface countertops

How to use

Fit the ACZ 105 ET blade to a compatible oscillating multitool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the tool is disconnected from power or the battery is removed first. Secure the blade on the tool and set the appropriate oscillation speed for the material being cut. Use steady, controlled passes without forcing the blade; allow the carbide segment to do the cutting. For long cuts or deep material removal, make multiple shallow passes rather than a single heavy cut.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves and dust mask) and ensure adequate dust extraction or ventilation when cutting masonry, grout or abrasive laminates. Inspect the blade before use and replace it if any damage or excessive wear is visible.
