Hojas de lijar Bosch hoja de lijar manual W480 G180 115x140 mm pack de 10

Bosch Handschleifblatt W480 G180 abrasive sanding sheets, size 115 x 140 mm, are designed for manual sanding and finishing of wood, painted surfaces and similar materials. This pack of 10 sheets provides a fine grit (G180) for smoothing surfaces, removing minor imperfections and preparing substrates for further treatment. The rectangular format fits common hand sanding blocks and many specialty holders for controlled, even abrasion during detail work and spot repairs.

Advantages

The G180 grit offers a fine abrasive action that balances material removal with surface refinement, leaving a uniform finish suitable for sealing or painting. Bosch manufacturing ensures consistent grit distribution and durable backing for reliable handling and even wear. The 115 x 140 mm size is practical for manual operations, enabling precise control in tight areas and on flat surfaces. Sold in a pack of 10, the sheets provide multiple replacements for ongoing projects or maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Smoothing wood surfaces before finishing or staining
• Feathering paint edges and preparing painted surfaces for repainting
• Detail sanding and spot repair work on furniture and fittings
• Fine surface preparation prior to sealing, varnishing or lacquering

Key specifications

• Grit: G180 (fine)
• Sheet dimensions: 115 x 140 mm
• Quantity: 10 sheets per pack
• Intended use: manual hand sanding and finishing
• Typical materials: wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates

How to use

Select a sheet and attach it to a suitable hand sanding block or holder for even pressure distribution. Use light to moderate, consistent strokes along the grain on wood or across the surface as appropriate for painted substrates. Check progress frequently and replace sheets when the abrasive wears down or clogging reduces effectiveness. After sanding, remove dust with a brush or a tack cloth before applying the next coating or finish.

Recommendations

For best results on wood, sand with the grain using the G180 sheet to achieve a smooth surface before sealing or finishing. When working on painted surfaces, test on an inconspicuous area first to confirm the grit suits the required level of abrasion. Replace sheets regularly during prolonged use to maintain consistent performance and avoid uneven sanding marks.
