The Hypertec ProConnectLite U/UTP Cat6 networking cable (Hypertec 244770-HY) is a 7 m patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Its U/UTP construction meets Cat6 requirements for reliable high-speed data transmission and is suitable for structured home and office networks. The cable's green jacket provides easy visual identification in patch panels and cable runs.

Advantages

The U/UTP Cat6 design delivers stable gigabit performance for data, streaming and gaming applications. Plug-and-play RJ-45 terminations ensure simple installation without special tools. A 7 m length offers flexibility for desk-to-switch or equipment-to-router connections while the coloured jacket improves cable management and identification.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (PC, switch or router) and the other end to the target device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip clicks. Avoid tight bends and sharp kinks to maintain signal integrity; route the cable away from large sources of electrical interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within its 7 m length for patching and maintain recommended bend radius. Keep the cable away from mains power cables and fluorescent lighting to minimise potential interference.
