KABELWERK RHENANIA GMBH cable universal de fibra óptica U-DQ(ZN)BH 4x12G50/125 Indoor/Outdoor LSHF 3kN OM4 negro 20m (1030-1973)

For data centers and campus backbones that need a rugged link between buildings, this 20-meter universal fiber optic cable delivers OM4 multimode performance in a black LSHF jacket. It carries 48 fibers in four loose tubes of 12, each with a 50/125 µm core/cladding, and is built for both indoor and outdoor routing.

• Length: 20 m

Why choose it

The dry water-blocking design speeds up termination because there is no gel to clean, and the glass yarn layer stops rodents without adding metal that would need grounding. The LSHF sheath keeps smoke and toxic fumes low if a fire occurs, which matters in crowded conduits and risers.

Ideal use cases

• Linking switches between floors or buildings in a campus network
• Backbone runs in data centers where OM4 supports 40G and 100G Ethernet up to 150 meters
• Outdoor runs in ducts or on trays where UV resistance and rodent protection are required

Good to know

The cable is cut to 20 meters from a master reel. It is supplied without connectors, so plan for field termination or splicing. The U-DQ(ZN)BH design is non-metallic, so it can be installed near power cables without bonding concerns.
