Klauke 7SG6 Terminal tubular 70 mm² M6 para cuadros eléctricos

When terminating a 70 mm² copper conductor in switchgear or switching devices, a reliable crimp connection is essential for long-term performance and safety. The Klauke 7SG6 tubular cable lug provides a seamless, tin-plated copper barrel with a funnel entry for easy conductor insertion and a single M6 bolt hole for secure attachment.

Who is it for

This lug is intended for electricians and panel builders working with Siemens 7SG6 protection relays and similar switchgear, where a durable, low-resistance connection is required. It suits uninsulated crimping applications in industrial and commercial installations.

Main features

• Seamless electrolytic copper tube, tin-plated for corrosion resistance
• Funnel-shaped cable entry simplifies insertion of fine-stranded conductors
• Single M6 stud hole for standard switchgear terminals
• Uninsulated design for use with heat-shrink or tape insulation
• Compatible with 70 mm² cable cross-section

Tips

Use a hexagonal crimping die matched to the lug size and cable class to achieve a gas-tight connection. After crimping, apply appropriate insulation such as heat-shrink tubing to prevent accidental contact.
