Llave de machos ajustable KS Tools M5-M20 (331.0015)

Adjustable wrench ks tools 331.0015 is a steel-built tool with an adjustable jaw range from M5 to M20 designed for turning and holding metric fasteners. Its single-handle form and adjustable jaw allow one tool to replace a set of fixed-size wrenches, making it practical for workshop, mechanical and field use. The construction emphasizes durability and reliable grip for routine maintenance and assembly tasks within the specified metric range.

Advantages

The steel construction provides strength and wear resistance for regular use. The adjustable jaw range M5–M20 covers a wide span of common metric bolt and nut sizes, reducing the need to carry multiple wrenches. The simple adjustment mechanism enables quick size changes and precise fitting to the fastener, improving torque transfer and minimizing slippage. The compact profile is suited to confined spaces where access is restricted.

Suitable for

• General mechanical repair and maintenance
• Plumbing tasks involving metric fittings
• Assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment
• Field service and mobile toolkits
• Workshops requiring a versatile single wrench for multiple sizes

Key specifications

• Adjustable jaw range: M5–M20
• Material: steel construction for durability
• Single-handle adjustable wrench design
• Application: metric fasteners (bolts and nuts) within specified range
• Compact profile suitable for limited-access areas

How to use

Open the wrench jaw by turning the adjustment mechanism until the jaw clears the fastener. Position the wrench so the fixed jaw and adjustable jaw fully engage the flats of the nut or bolt. Tighten the adjustment until the wrench fits snugly without forcing; apply steady torque in the intended direction of rotation. Reposition and readjust as needed when working on larger or smaller sizes within the M5–M20 range. After use, clean any debris from the adjustment screw and store the wrench in a dry place to limit corrosion.

Recommendations

Use the adjustable wrench only on fasteners that match the jaw contact on flats to avoid rounding. Avoid using the tool as a hammer or pry bar. For highest accuracy and to prevent damage, select the correct jaw alignment and avoid excessive torque beyond what the fastener and wrench are rated to handle.
