Recommendations

For reliable operation, use fresh batteries and avoid exposing the remote to moisture or extreme temperatures. Store the remote on a flat surface or in a dedicated holder to prevent button wear and accidental presses. When replacing an original remote, test all main functions—power, volume, channel and menu—to confirm compatibility with your Sony TV model.
