Máquina de pasta manual Marcato Atlas 150 Slide

Marcato Atlas 150 Slide is a manual pasta machine with a chrome finish and anodised aluminium rollers designed to produce consistent pasta sheets and work with soft, malleable doughs. The unit includes a 10-position adjustment knob for selecting sheet thickness and a crank with an ergonomic grip. Components that contact food are made from food-grade materials to minimise the risk of contamination.

Advantages

The 10-position adjustment knob enables quick selection of different sheet thicknesses suitable for many pasta shapes. Anodised aluminium rollers and polymeric scrapers reduce the risk of harmful metal particles. The ergonomic crank and secure fixing clamp with rubber screwed feet provide stable operation and reduce effort during use.

Suitable for

• Fresh pasta sheets (tagliatelle, fettuccine, lasagne)
• Confectionery tasks such as rolling sugar paste for cake decoration
• Bakery doughs that require thin, malleable sheets (pita, naan, bread sticks, dumplings)

Key specifications

• Manual operation with crank
• 10-position thickness adjustment
• Anodised aluminium rollers
• Polymeric resin scrapers
• Chrome and stainless-steel body finish
• Clamp for table fixing and rubber screwed feet for stability

How to use

Secure the machine to a stable work surface using the clamp. Use the crank to feed dough through the rollers, starting from the thickest knob position and gradually decreasing the thickness until the desired sheet is obtained. For confectionery use, pass sugar paste through the rollers to achieve uniform sheets; for bakery applications use suitable soft doughs adjusted for elasticity and moisture. Remove excess dough residues with a dry brush after use.

Recommendations

Do not immerse the machine in water or place it in a dishwasher. Clean rollers and scrapers with a dry or slightly damp cloth and a brush to remove dough. Use food-grade doughs and avoid overly hard or dry mixtures that could damage the rollers.
