Rodillo dispensador para masa de pasta Marcato Dispenser rojo DI-RSO — recambio para máquinas de pasta Marcato

Marcato Dispenser rot DI-RSO is a replacement dispensing roller designed for Marcato pasta machines. It restores accurate portioning and consistent guidance of pasta dough through the dispensing stage, matching original Marcato specifications and intended to fit compatible home and small-scale professional machines. The roller supports uniform dough feed, helps reduce tearing and uneven portions, and contributes to reliable operation when the original roller is worn or damaged.

Advantages

The dispensing roller is manufactured to the dimensional and material standards expected for Marcato spare parts, providing a direct-fit replacement that preserves the machine's original dough flow characteristics. It improves portion consistency, reduces interruptions caused by feeding issues, and extends the usable life of the dispenser assembly without requiring modification of the machine. The roller's surface and profile are optimized for handling typical pasta dough textures used in home and small commercial production.

Suitable for

• Replacement of worn or damaged dispensing roller on compatible Marcato pasta dispensers
• Home pasta making where consistent portioning is required
• Small-scale or artisanal pasta production and repair maintenance
• Restoration of proper dough feed after mechanical wear

Key specifications

• Function: dispensing and guiding of pasta dough during portioning
• Compatibility: designed to match original Marcato dispenser dimensions and fit compatible models
• Material characteristics: durable surface suited for dough contact and repeated use
• Form factor: roller profile optimized for consistent dough feed and portion control

How to use

Turn off and unplug the pasta machine before replacing the roller. Remove the dispenser housing or cover according to the machine manual, extract the worn roller and install the new dispensing roller in the same orientation and position, ensuring secure seating on the shaft or bearings. Reassemble the housing, test rotation by hand to verify smooth movement, then run a short trial with dough to confirm correct feed and portioning. Regular inspection after a few uses will help ensure proper installation and function.

Recommendations

Use the replacement roller only with compatible Marcato models and follow the machine's maintenance and cleaning instructions. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged immersion if the roller contains metal bearings; dry thoroughly after cleaning. Inspect periodically for surface wear, cracks, or deformation and replace if dough feed becomes inconsistent.
