Molinillo de café Gastroback 42643 Design Molinillo de café Digital

The GASTROBACK 42643 Design Coffee Grinder Digital combines a compact, modern design with digital controls to deliver consistent, adjustable grinding for home and small commercial use. The grinder uses stainless steel burrs to achieve even particle size and reduce heat buildup, while the clear digital display and stepped adjustment let you select grind sizes from fine to coarse. The appliance is intended for preparing ground coffee for espresso machines, filter coffee devices and French presses, offering repeatable results and straightforward operation.

Advantages

The digital interface provides precise control over grind settings and grinding time, enabling consistent dosing for each extraction. Stainless steel burrs deliver uniform grind distribution and improved durability compared with blade systems. The compact footprint and contemporary design make it suitable for limited counter space, and the easy-to-read display simplifies setting adjustments. Removable components allow basic cleaning and maintenance without requiring specialised tools.

Suitable for

• Home espresso machines and portafilter dosing
• Filter coffee makers and pour-over brewing
• French press and cold brew preparation
• Small office kitchens or cafés with moderate daily use

Key specifications

• Burr type: stainless steel conical/cylindrical burrs for consistent grind (manufacturer-stated)
• Adjustment: stepped digital grind size selection from fine to coarse
• Display: digital readout for grind settings and timer
• Capacity: suitable hopper and grounds container volumes for household use
• Construction: compact housing with easy-access removable parts for cleaning

How to use

Fill the hopper with whole beans and select the required grind size on the digital display according to your brewing method. Set the grinding time or portion control if available, then start the grinder. Allow the grinder to complete the cycle and collect the grounds in the container or portafilter. For consistent results, grind only the amount needed for immediate brewing and adjust settings incrementally to fine-tune particle size for your machine and coffee type.

Recommendations

Clean the hopper and grounds container regularly to prevent oil buildup and stale residues; follow the manufacturer's instructions for disassembly. Use medium roast beans for general use and adjust grind finer for espresso and coarser for filter or French press. Avoid overfilling the hopper and do not operate the grinder continuously for extended periods to prevent overheating.
