Monitor Acer Vero B7 B247YGbmiqprx 23,8" Full HD IPS 1920x1080 4 ms 120 Hz VESA altavoces Negro

The Acer Vero B7 B247YGbmiqprx is a 23.8" Full HD LCD monitor with an IPS panel, 1920×1080 resolution and support for up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The display delivers wide 178° viewing angles, a typical brightness of 250 cd/m², a typical contrast ratio of 1500:1 and a 4 ms grey-to-grey response time. Built-in stereo speakers, VESA mounting and height adjustment make the monitor suitable for office desks and general multimedia use. The housing is black and the screen has a flat shape.

Advantages

The IPS panel provides consistent color and wide viewing angles, making on-screen content easy to read from different positions. A 120 Hz maximum refresh rate combined with a 4 ms response time supports smoother motion rendering for video playback and general computing. Integrated speakers and VESA compatibility allow simple setup for small workspaces, while height adjustment helps achieve an ergonomic viewing position. Power and energy characteristics are assigned to energy efficiency class C (SDR), and the monitor has modest typical power consumption per 1000 hours.

Suitable for

• Office work and productivity applications (documents, spreadsheets, web browsing)
• Multimedia playback and streaming video
• General home and small business computing
• Multi-monitor setups using VESA mounts

When it may not be suitable

This monitor is Full HD (1920×1080) rather than higher-resolution panels, so users who require 4K resolution or very high pixel density for professional photo or video editing may find it limiting. Also, while the display supports up to 120 Hz and a 4 ms response time, competitive fast‑paced gaming setups that demand extreme low-latency performance or adaptive sync features may prefer a gaming-specific monitor with additional gaming controls.

Connect video sources using the available input ports (HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA as applicable) and set the host device output to 1920×1080 at the preferred refresh rate up to 120 Hz. Adjust the display height and tilt to reduce neck strain and use built-in speakers for basic audio; for improved sound, connect external speakers or headphones. Use the on-screen display (OSD) menus to calibrate brightness, contrast and color settings to match your viewing environment.

What to consider before purchase

• Required resolution: Full HD (1920×1080) is suitable for typical office and multimedia tasks but not equivalent to 4K detail.
• Refresh rate needs: 120 Hz offers smoother motion than 60 Hz; consider whether your content and GPU support higher refresh rates.
• Mounting and ergonomics: VESA compatibility and built-in height adjustment for flexible placement.
• Audio requirements: Built-in speakers cover basic needs; consider external audio for higher quality sound.
• Workspace power and energy: Energy efficiency class C and listed typical consumption per 1000 hours.

Recommendations

For everyday office productivity and multimedia, set the monitor to its native 1920×1080 resolution and adjust brightness to around 120–150 cd/m² for comfortable indoor viewing; enable the monitor’s eye‑care features when available to reduce blue light and flicker for prolonged use.
