Monitor Lenovo ThinkVision P32UD-40 80 cm (31,5 inch) 4K UHD (3840×2160) IPS LCD, 6 ms, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Hub, USB-C, VESA, altura ajustable

The Lenovo ThinkVision P32UD-40 Monitor is a 31.5-inch (80 cm) LCD IPS display with 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160) and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Designed for productivity and sustainability, it combines high-resolution imaging with connectivity features such as Thunderbolt™ 4 one-cable solution, built-in USB hub, and 2.5Gbps Ethernet to support modern desktop setups while offering ergonomic adjustments and cleaner cable management.

Advantages

The monitor delivers precise color coverage with factory calibration and broad DCI-P3 support, a variable refresh rate for smoother motion, and a high pixel density for detailed work. Connectivity is simplified through Thunderbolt™ 4 with up to 140W power delivery, daisy-chaining capability, an integrated USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 hub and a 2.5G RJ45 port for fast, stable networking. The ergonomic full-function stand provides height and tilt adjustment and includes a phone holder for added convenience. Built-in software tools enable remote firmware management and easy display configuration.

Suitable for

• Content creators and photo/video editors who need accurate color and 4K resolution
• Office and hybrid workers requiring a single-cable dock experience with power, data and network
• IT departments managing multiple displays with remote firmware and asset tools
• Professionals using multiple sources — PIP/PBP and KVM/eKVM support efficient multitasking

When it may not be suitable

This monitor may be unnecessary for users who only perform basic web browsing or office tasks on low-resolution screens, as its 4K capabilities and color calibration are optimized for demanding visual work. Gamers seeking ultra-low response times and the highest refresh rates might prefer displays specifically tuned for competitive gaming.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk or mount it using a compatible VESA arm. Connect a host device via the Thunderbolt™ 4 USB-C port to provide video, data and up to 140W power delivery, or use DisplayPort/HDMI inputs as alternatives. Use the integrated USB hub to attach peripherals and the RJ45 port for wired network access. Adjust height and tilt for an ergonomic viewing angle; enable PIP/PBP or KVM functions through the on-screen menu when working with multiple sources. Use Lenovo Display Fleet Manager or ThinkColour (LADM) for firmware updates and remote configuration if managing multiple units.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure your laptop or PC supports Thunderbolt™ 4 or the required USB-C/DisplayPort outputs to take full advantage of the one-cable dock features
• Confirm you need 4K resolution and wide color gamut for your workflows to justify the higher pixel density and color calibration
• Check desk space and whether you will use the adjustable stand or a VESA mount
• Consider network requirements if you plan to use the 2.5Gbps Ethernet port

Recommendations

For color-critical work, allow the monitor to warm up and run any calibration tools you use. When using a laptop with Thunderbolt™ power delivery, verify power profiles to ensure full charging. For multi-device setups, enable KVM/eKVM and PIP/PBP through the monitor menu to streamline switching between sources.
