How to use

Prepare the wall or panel opening according to installation requirements, ensuring the cutout matches the grommet’s dimensions. Insert the grommet into the prepared opening and secure it as needed by the mounting method appropriate for the surface material. Route the TAE and other cables through the grommet, seating connectors within the covered opening to protect connector bodies and cable jackets. Verify that cables are not excessively bent at the entry point and that the cover sits flush to limit dust ingress.

Recommendations

Use this grommet in installations where neat cable routing and protection of TAE connections are required; avoid forcing oversized connectors through the opening and check that the mounting surface is stable to maintain strain relief and dust protection.
