Quadrios 22C465 conector de empalme con tubo termorretráctil 4-6 mm² totalmente aislado amarillo (1 set)

Unlike ordinary butt splices that leave connections exposed, the Quadrios 22C465 combines a tinned copper crimp barrel with an adhesive-lined polyolefin heat shrink sleeve. This integrated design seals the splice against moisture and contaminants, providing strain relief and a durable, fully insulated connection.

Highlights

• Fully insulated heat shrink butt connector for 4–6 mm² wire (12–10 AWG)
• Adhesive-lined polyolefin sleeve shrinks 3:1 to create a waterproof seal
• Tinned copper barrel resists corrosion and ensures low-resistance connection
• Yellow colour coding for easy identification of wire size range
• Solderless crimp connection – no soldering required

In daily use

Strip the wire ends, insert into the connector, crimp the metal barrel, then apply heat to shrink the sleeve. The adhesive melts and flows, bonding to the wire insulation for a secure, strain-relieved joint. Suitable for automotive, marine, industrial, and general electrical wiring where vibration or moisture is present.
