Rack abierto 19" LANBERG 27U 600x800 mm gris, rack de servidor open-frame 27U

LANBERG 19" Open Rack 27U 600x800 mm grey is an open-frame server rack designed for mounting 19-inch network, server and telecom equipment. With a 27U mounting height and a compact 600 x 800 mm footprint, the rack provides a stable, accessible structure for switches, patch panels, servers and power distribution units in datacentres, server rooms and technical closets. The open design facilitates natural airflow and simplifies cable routing and maintenance operations.

Advantages

The open-frame construction reduces airflow obstruction and assists passive cooling strategies while giving unrestricted access to front and rear of mounted devices. The rack is compatible with standard 19" mounting rails and supports versatile equipment layouts. Its compact footprint is suitable for locations with limited floor area, and the grey finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates into professional IT environments.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and small datacentres requiring compact equipment mounting
• Telecom and network closets for switches, patch panels and routers
• Environments where easy access and good ventilation are priorities
• Workshops and labs for temporary or permanent equipment installation

Key specifications

• Mounting height: 27U
• Form factor: 19-inch open-frame rack
• Footprint (W x D): 600 x 800 mm
• Color: grey
• Open construction for front and rear access
• Suitable for standard 19" equipment and rack-mount PDUs

How to use

Place the rack on a level, stable surface and ensure sufficient clearance around the unit for airflow and cable access. Install equipment using 19" rack-mount rails and appropriate mounting hardware, observing weight distribution and securing heavier devices at lower positions to maintain stability. Route network and power cabling through the open sides and use cable management accessories where required. Periodically inspect fastenings and mounting rails to ensure continued structural integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, mount heavier units toward the bottom of the rack, leave space between heat-generating devices to improve airflow, and use vertical or horizontal cable management to prevent cable clutter. If equipment requires additional cooling or security, consider integrating dedicated fans or a lockable cabinet solution as a complementary option.
