Safetex grilletes resistentes a la abrasión Blackline WLL 4.750 kg | forma curva con perno de 3/4"

On a busy construction site, the rigging crew reaches for the Safetex Blackline shackle when the lift demands absolute reliability. This bow shackle with a 4.75-tonne working load limit is built from high-grade alloy steel and finished with a black powder coating that shrugs off abrasion, corrosion, and rough handling. The 3/4-inch screw pin threads smoothly and locks securely, making connections fast and safe even with gloved hands. Whether you're securing a crane sling, anchoring a tow strap, or building a temporary rigging point, this shackle delivers the strength and toughness professionals expect.

Why choose it

The Blackline shackle is engineered for demanding lifting and rigging tasks where failure is not an option. Its alloy steel construction and 6:1 safety factor provide a substantial margin above the rated load, while the black powder coating resists scratches and wear, extending service life in harsh environments. The screw pin design allows quick, tool-free assembly and disassembly, reducing downtime between lifts. With a 3/4-inch pin diameter, it fits a wide range of slings, hooks, and anchor points, making it a versatile addition to any rigging kit.

Ideal use cases

• Lifting and hoisting operations in construction and industrial settings
• Securing loads for transport and towing
• Anchor points for temporary rigging and fall protection systems
• Marine and offshore applications where corrosion resistance is needed
• Agricultural and forestry equipment connections

Good to know

Inspect the shackle before each use for signs of deformation, cracks, or thread damage. Never exceed the working load limit, and ensure the pin is fully seated and tightened before applying load. The black powder coating is abrasion-resistant but may wear over time; touch-up paint can be applied to maintain corrosion protection. Store in a dry place when not in use.
