Set de montaje Televes SPAZ48R SPAHA 48+ 90 rojo teja de aluminio para montaje en antena/mástil

Mounting set Televes SPAZ48R SPAHA 48+ 90 Red Aluziegel for antenna/mast installation is a metal bracket assembly designed to secure antennas and mast-mounted equipment to vertical or horizontal structures. The set is intended for outdoor installation and provides a rigid 90° mounting option compatible with 48+ profile systems. A protective Red Aluziegel finish improves weather resistance and helps maintain a stable installation over time.

Advantages

The mounting set offers a robust mechanical connection that reduces movement and vibration of mounted equipment. Its design supports easy alignment at a 90° angle and is suitable for standard 48+ profile sizes. The Red Aluziegel coating provides corrosion protection and a uniform appearance for external installations. Components are made from weather-resistant metal to ensure long-term structural stability.

Suitable for

• Securing TV, FM or digital broadcast antennas to masts or poles
• Installing small satellite dishes or receiver heads on 48+ profile systems
• Mounting amplifiers, lightning arrestors or other mast-mounted devices
• Outdoor installations requiring a stable 90° bracket connection

Key specifications

• Compatible profile: 48+ size support for mast and bracket connection
• Mounting orientation: fixed 90° angle attachment
• Material: weather-resistant metal construction for outdoor use
• Finish: Red Aluziegel protective coating for corrosion resistance
• Intended use: external antenna and mast equipment installation

How to use

Position the bracket assembly on the chosen mast or pole and align the 48+ profile section with the mounting interface. Securely fasten the bracket using appropriate bolts and nuts for the profile and pole diameter, ensuring all connections are tightened to reduce play. Place the antenna or device onto the 90° mounting plate, adjust alignment for correct pointing or orientation, then tighten the retaining hardware to lock the position. Check that the finish and components are intact after installation and retighten fasteners after initial weather exposure if necessary.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners that match the mast or pole diameter and follow local safety regulations for working at height. Inspect the mounting set periodically for signs of corrosion or loosening and re-torque fasteners as part of routine maintenance.
