Set de sartenes Salter BW11459BRMFOB 3 piezas antiadherentes 20/24/28 cm

From the Salter Megastone Thermo Collar range, this three-piece frying pan set (20 cm, 24 cm, 28 cm) features heat indicator collars that signal when pans reach the optimal cooking temperature. Made from forged aluminium with a Megastone non-stick coating that is claimed to be 9× tougher than standard non-stick, the pans are designed for everyday frying, sautéing and reheating while providing even heat distribution across the cooking surface.

Advantages

The pans combine corrosion- and scratch-resistant forged aluminium construction with a durable Megastone non-stick layer for easy food release and simplified cleaning. Thermo-spot technology removes guesswork from preheating by changing the collar colour at the correct temperature. Soft-touch handles improve grip and are designed to withstand metal utensils. The set is PFOA free and compatible with electric, gas, glass-ceramic and induction hobs.

Suitable for

• Frying and sautéing vegetables, eggs and meats
• Reheating cooked dishes
• Daily household cooking for small to medium portions
• Use on induction, electric, gas and glass-ceramic hobs

How to use

Place the pan on a compatible hob and heat it slowly. Watch the heat indicator collar and begin cooking once the collar changes colour to indicate the optimal temperature. Use appropriate amounts of oil or butter if required for frying. Avoid cutting food directly in the pan to preserve the non-stick coating and do not use abrasive cleaners. Although the pans are metal utensil safe according to the manufacturer, consider using wooden or silicone tools to extend coating life. Do not use lids — none are included in the set.

Recommendations

To maintain non-stick performance, avoid high dry-heat for prolonged periods and cool pans before washing. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge despite the pans not being dishwasher safe.
