Cable coaxial S/CONN 80028-128 10 m IEC blanco

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80028-128 10 m IEC White is a 10-meter coaxial cable with IEC male connectors on both ends, designed to transmit audio and video signals between compatible devices. Its length provides flexibility for installations in living rooms, home theaters, and AV setups where components are positioned at a distance. The white outer jacket offers a discreet appearance for light-colored interiors while the cable construction is intended to deliver stable signal transfer for standard-definition and high-definition sources.

Advantages

This coaxial cable features reliable shielding and a consistent impedance to minimise signal loss and interference during transmission. Its 10 m length reduces the need for additional extension components and supports tidy routing behind furniture or along skirting. The IEC connectors are widely compatible with televisions, set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players and similar AV equipment. The white finish helps the cable blend into bright environments and simplifies inconspicuous installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV to antenna or wall outlet
• Linking set-top boxes and digital receivers to displays
• Home theater and AV system cabling where a 10 m reach is required
• Temporary or permanent installations where a white cable is preferred for aesthetics

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial
• Connector type: IEC male on both ends
• Length: 10 metres
• Outer jacket colour: white
• Designed use: audio and video signal transmission

How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring connectors are aligned with the IEC sockets. Firmly insert the IEC connectors into the corresponding ports until they sit securely. Avoid sharp bends and kinks along the cable path; maintain gentle curves with a radius appropriate to the cable diameter. If wall mounting or concealing the cable, use clips or cable covers designed for coaxial lines to prevent strain on the connectors and to keep signal integrity intact.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable away from power cords and large electrical appliances to reduce potential interference. Check connectors for a snug fit and inspect the cable periodically for damage. When routing through confined spaces, avoid excessive compression to preserve shielding and impedance characteristics.
