Cable coaxial S/CONN 80075-32 5 m

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80075-32 5m is a 5‑metre coaxial lead with F‑type connectors on both ends, designed to carry radio frequency signals for audio and video equipment. It provides a fixed-length connection for televisions, set‑top boxes, satellite receivers and other RF devices, combining a single cable run with standard F‑connector terminations for straightforward installation.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers consistent impedance and shielding to minimise signal loss and interference over the five metre length. The F‑type connectors provide a secure threaded connection that resists accidental disconnects and helps maintain a stable signal path. The cable construction is intended to be durable for regular indoor use and to fit common consumer AV and satellite installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting a television to a wall socket or antenna outlet
• Linking satellite or cable set‑top boxes to TVs or recorders
• Extending an existing coaxial run where a 5 m length is required
• Temporary or permanent indoor RF signal connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 metres
• Connector type: F‑type male on both ends
• Function: Coaxial cable for RF signal transmission (audio/video)
• Intended environment: Indoor use for consumer AV and satellite devices

How to use

Connect one F‑type connector to the device output (for example, the antenna or satellite output on a set‑top box) and screw the other F‑type connector onto the TV or receiver input until hand‑tight. Avoid overtightening with tools to prevent damage to the connector. Route the cable to minimise sharp bends and tension; ensure connectors and cable ends are clean and free of debris before connection to maintain optimal signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for indoor fixed installations and avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor elements. If running the cable near power lines or other sources of electrical noise, maintain separation to reduce potential interference. For longer runs or professional installations, verify impedance matching and consider higher‑grade coaxial types if required.
