Sierra de calar Bosch PST 650 — 500 W, 300 W de potencia de salida, 65 mm de profundidad de corte en madera, 4 mm en acero, empuñadura superior, cambio de hoja sin herramientas

The Bosch PST 650 jigsaw is a compact, lightweight power saw with a 500 W motor and a tool weight of 1.6 kg. Designed for precise straight and curved cuts in wood and other materials, it delivers a cutting depth of up to 65 mm in wood and a stroke rate up to 3100 spm. Its ergonomic softgrip, low overall weight and compact dimensions make it suitable for extended use and improved handling on a variety of DIY and professional tasks.

Advantages

Low vibration thanks to Bosch "Low Vibration" with linear mass balance reduces user fatigue and increases cutting control. The saw features a powerful 500 W motor for efficient cutting, a switchable dust-blowing function to keep the cutting line visible, and Bosch SDS for fast, tool-free blade changes. An improved and enlarged metal base plate provides stable support and allows mitre adjustments up to 45°. A dust extraction port and a new cable guide with hanging hook add convenience for tidy work and practical storage.

Suitable for

• Straight and curved cuts in soft and hard timber
• DIY furniture assembly and renovation work
• Cutting laminated boards and panels
• Small construction and finishing tasks requiring portability

Key specifications

• Power: 500 W
• Weight: 1.6 kg
• Cutting depth in wood: 65 mm
• Stroke rate: up to 3100 spm
• Base plate: improved enlarged metal plate, adjustable for mitre cuts up to 45°
• Tool-free blade change: Bosch SDS
• Dust management: switchable dust blower and dust extraction port
• Ergonomics: softgrip, low vibration with linear mass balance

How to use

Secure the jigsaw on the workpiece with the metal base plate resting flat and, if needed, set the required mitre angle up to 45°. Insert the appropriate saw blade using the Bosch SDS system for quick, tool-free fitting. Switch on the motor and, if necessary, activate the dust-blowing function to keep the cutting line visible. Guide the saw steadily along the marked line, applying gentle, even pressure—allow the tool's motor and stroke to perform the cutting. For cleaner cuts in panels, use the dust extraction port with a vacuum adapter.

Recommendations

Use blades suitable for the material and thickness to achieve optimal results; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask) and secure the workpiece before cutting. For prolonged jobs, take periodic breaks to check blade condition and reduce fatigue.
