Sierra de ramas Bahco 383-6T

The Bahco 383-6T pruning saw features a 36 cm stainless steel blade engineered for efficient cutting of wood. Weighing approximately 320 g and finished in a bright orange handle, this saw combines corrosion resistance, visibility and a compact profile to support routine pruning and branch removal. The blade tooth geometry is designed for fast, controlled cuts while the lightweight construction reduces fatigue during repetitive tasks.

Advantages

The stainless steel blade offers corrosion resistance and maintains sharpness for extended use. The 36 cm cutting edge balances reach and control, allowing access to mid-diameter branches without excessive leverage. The lightweight design and ergonomic handle improve handling and reduce user strain during prolonged work. The high-visibility orange finish makes the tool easy to locate in outdoor settings.

Suitable for

• Pruning fruit trees and ornamental shrubs
• Trimming medium-diameter branches
• Garden and landscape maintenance
• Clearing deadwood and shaping hedges

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Blade length: 36 cm cutting edge
• Overall weight: about 320 g
• Handle color: bright orange for visibility
• Tooth type: pruning-specific tooth geometry for efficient wood cutting

How to use

Hold the saw with a secure grip on the handle and position the blade on the branch at the desired cutting point. Use steady, even strokes and allow the tooth geometry to do the cutting work rather than applying excessive force. For branches within the blade length, start with a shallow cut to prevent bark tearing, then continue with longer strokes until the branch is separated. After use, clean debris from the blade and dry it before storage to preserve the stainless steel edge.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when pruning. For larger or heavier branches, use support cuts to avoid binding the blade. Store the saw in a dry place and periodically inspect the blade for damage; sharpen or replace the blade if cutting performance decreases.
