Sierra de ramas Bahco 4212-14-6T 36 cm acero inoxidable mango de madera

The Bahco 4212-14-6T 36 cm pruning saw with stainless steel blade and wooden handle is designed for efficient manual cutting of branches and small trunks. The 36 cm hardened stainless steel blade provides a balance of cutting length and control while the ergonomic wood handle offers a familiar, secure grip for extended use. With a total weight of approximately 280 g, the saw is easy to position and maneuver for precision pruning tasks around gardens, orchards and landscapes.

Advantages

The stainless steel blade resists corrosion and maintains sharpness for repeated use in outdoor conditions. The 36 cm blade length allows for effective cutting of medium-diameter branches without sacrificing control. The wooden handle provides tactile feedback and a comfortable hold that reduces hand fatigue during longer pruning sessions. Compact and lightweight construction makes the saw simple to transport and use in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Pruning branches and small trunks in home gardens
• Trimming fruit trees and orchard maintenance
• Clearing shrubs and hedges
• General woodworking tasks that require a manual saw

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Blade length: 36 cm
• Handle material: wood
• Weight: approximately 280 g
• Tooth configuration: multi-purpose pruning teeth for clean cuts

How to use

Securely grasp the wooden handle and position the saw teeth against the branch at the intended cutting point. Use steady, controlled strokes and allow the teeth to do the cutting, avoiding excessive force. For larger branches, make a small undercut on the underside first to prevent bark tearing, then complete the cut from the top side. Maintain a stable stance and clear the work area of obstacles before cutting.

Recommendations

After each use, clean sap and debris from the stainless steel blade and dry thoroughly to reduce potential corrosion. Periodically inspect the wooden handle for cracks and tighten any fittings if present. Sharpen or replace the blade when cuts become slow or ragged to ensure efficient, safe performance.
