Telegärtner cable de red de fibra óptica LC a LC OM4 dúplex, 2m, violeta 100011327

In modern data centers and enterprise networks, bandwidth demands continue to rise, and subpar cabling can cause bottlenecks, signal loss, and downtime. The Telegärtner LC to LC OM4 Duplex Fiber Patch Cable solves this by providing a reliable, high-performance connection for 10G, 40G, and even 100G Ethernet applications over short distances. With laser-optimized OM4 multimode fiber and precision LC connectors, this cable ensures low insertion loss and excellent return loss, making it ideal for high-speed backbone links, server connections, and storage area networks.

Who is it for

This patch cable is engineered for network administrators, data center technicians, and IT professionals who need dependable fiber optic connectivity in high-density environments. It is perfect for connecting switches, routers, servers, and patch panels in data centers, enterprise LANs, and SANs. Whether you are upgrading to 40G or 100G Ethernet or simply need a robust link for 10G applications, this OM4 cable delivers the performance and reliability required for mission-critical infrastructure.

Main features

• High-quality OM4 multimode fiber with 50/125 µm core/cladding diameter for extended reach at high speeds.
• Duplex LC male to LC male connectors for easy, secure connections to standard SFP, SFP+, QSFP+, and QSFP28 transceivers.
• Low insertion loss (≤ 0.3 dB) and high return loss (≥ 30 dB) ensure signal integrity and minimal attenuation.
• Violet LSZH jacket is flame-retardant, low-smoke, and halogen-free, meeting strict safety regulations for indoor use.
• Supports wavelengths of 850 nm and 1300 nm with high modal bandwidth (4700 MHz·km at 850 nm) for reliable multi-gigabit transmission.
• 2-meter length provides flexibility for patching between adjacent equipment or in overhead cable management.
• Compliant with RoHS and REACH, ensuring environmental and safety standards.

Tips

To maximize performance, always inspect and clean fiber connectors before installation using appropriate cleaning tools. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius (typically 30 mm for this type) to prevent signal loss. When routing, use cable management panels to maintain proper bend radius and reduce stress on connectors. For 40G/100G applications, ensure that the transceivers and equipment support OM4 fiber specifications.
