Cable coaxial Preisner FPK280 0,28 m F Blanco

The Televes Coaxial Cable Preisner FPK280 0.28 m F White is a short, pre-terminated coaxial cable designed for reliable RF signal transmission between consumer audio-video devices and distribution equipment. With F-type connectors on both ends and a compact 0.28 m length, this cable is intended for short links where minimal signal loss, easy routing and a discreet white finish are required.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers consistent impedance and shielding to reduce interference and preserve signal integrity over short distances. Its factory-fitted F connectors provide a secure threaded connection without the need for on-site crimping or soldering. The compact 0.28 m length simplifies cable management in racks, wall-mounted TVs and behind set-top boxes while the white outer jacket blends with light-coloured surfaces and installations.

How to use

Ensure both devices and wall outlets are powered off before connecting. Thread the F connectors onto the corresponding F-type female ports by hand until snug, then tighten an additional quarter-turn by hand if needed; avoid overtightening. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; the short length is suited for direct connections where excess cable is not required. After installation, power the devices and verify signal quality.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for short, indoor connections. For longer runs or outdoor installations, choose a coaxial cable with appropriate attenuation rating and weatherproofing. If repeated disconnection is expected, inspect connectors periodically for wear and replace the cable if the connection becomes loose or noisy.
