Cable coaxial Preisner TAK2015 1,5 m IEC blanco

The Preisner TAK2015 coaxial cable is a 1.5 m IEC-to-IEC lead designed for reliable transmission of audio and video signals. Its construction focuses on reducing signal loss and limiting electromagnetic interference, while the white outer jacket delivers a discreet, modern appearance suitable for visible home and professional installations.

Advantages

The cable provides consistent signal transfer over short distances with stable impedance matching to IEC connections, reducing reflections and dropouts. The white sheath resists discoloration and integrates easily into light-coloured interiors. The flexible jacket and standard IEC connectors simplify installation and repositioning without specialized tools.

How to use

Align each IEC connector with the corresponding socket on the devices and push gently until the connector seats fully. Ensure connectors are free of dust or debris before connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and pinching; leave a small loop near connection points to reduce strain. For wall-mounted equipment, secure the cable along its path with appropriate clips or cable ties, avoiding direct compression of the connector ends.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short to medium indoor runs where a neat, visible installation is required. Avoid outdoor exposure and prolonged bending at the connector to maintain signal integrity. For longer distances or outdoor installations, select a cable rated for those conditions.
