Cable coaxial Preisner TAK9025G 2,5 m IEC blanco

The Preisner TAK9025G 2.5m IEC White coaxial cable by Televes is a 2.5-meter cable with IEC male connectors on both ends designed for transmission of RF signals between televisions, set-top boxes, tuners, and other AV equipment. The cable’s white jacket and compact connector design make it suitable for visible installations in living rooms, media cabinets, and professional AV racks while maintaining stable signal quality for analogue and digital broadcasts.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers consistent impedance matching and shielding to reduce interference and preserve signal integrity over its 2.5 m length. The white outer jacket provides a discreet appearance for home installations and is flexible enough for routing behind furniture or through conduit. Durable connector terminations ensure a secure mechanical and electrical connection that resists corrosion and repeated plugging.

How to use

Connect one IEC end of the cable to the IEC antenna input on the television or tuner and the other end to the wall socket, antenna, or set-top box output. Ensure connectors are pushed fully home to establish a firm contact; do not overtighten. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from mains power cables and sources of electromagnetic interference whenever possible. If installing permanently, secure the cable with clips or cable ties at intervals to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best reception, use the 2.5 m length to minimize unnecessary cable runs and signal loss; if longer distances are required, consider a higher-quality or amplified distribution solution. Inspect connector ends before installation to ensure they are clean and undamaged.
