ACT Industrial Cable de sensor de 3,00 metros M12D 4 polos conector macho acodado a conector macho RJ45, cable TPE Superflex Xtreme, apantallado

The ACT SC4407 industrial sensor/actor cable is designed for reliable network connections in harsh environments. The cable has a TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) outer sheath and overmoulded TPE connectors, providing mechanical robustness and an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water. This 3 m cable uses Superflex Xtreme construction with each core made from 19 copper strands to an AWG22 equivalent diameter, offering increased flexibility compared with typical AWG24/7 patch cables. The product is UL certified and intended for industrial networking and sensor/actor connections.

Advantages

The TPE sheath and overmoulded connectors deliver high resistance to mechanical stress, including continuous movement in cable chains. IP67 protection ensures reliable operation in wet or dusty conditions. Superflex Xtreme stranded conductors (19 strands per core) provide enhanced flexibility for tight bends and dynamic applications while maintaining electrical continuity. UL certification confirms compliance with recognized safety standards.

How to use

Connect the overmoulded TPE connectors to compatible sensor, actor or network ports according to your system layout. Route the cable through cable carriers or along machine frames, avoiding excessive sharp edges that could damage the sheath. Ensure connectors are fully engaged to maintain IP67 protection. For permanent installations, secure the cable to prevent unwanted strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For longest service life, route the ACT SC4407 with smooth bending radii and avoid repeated sharp kinks. Use appropriate strain relief at termination points and check connector seals periodically in wet or dusty environments to preserve IP67 protection.
