Cable coaxial RG-6/U 5 m DeLOCK 88917

The DeLOCK 88917 coaxial cable RG-6/U is a 5-meter antenna cable with IEC male connectors on both ends, intended for reliable transmission of RF signals. Its construction suits connections between TVs, satellite receivers, set-top boxes or cable modems and the wall aerial socket, providing a straightforward link for home cinema and AV setups.

Advantages

The RG-6/U design reduces signal loss over the 5 m length and the standard IEC connectors ensure broad compatibility with consumer TV and receiver equipment. The cable's durable black jacket offers mechanical protection for everyday use and installation, while the consistent impedance supports stable reception of broadcast and satellite signals.

How to use

Align and push the IEC connectors onto the corresponding aerial input on the TV or receiver and the wall socket until they fit securely. Ensure connectors are seated without excessive force to avoid damaging the connector or device input. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from high-power electrical cables to minimize interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable length as short as practical between devices, avoid tight coils, and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible wear or damage.
