Cable coaxial ShiverPeaks 80025-128G, 5 m, IEC a IEC, blanco

ShiverPeaks coaxial cable 80025-128G, 5 m, IEC to IEC in white is a single-link cable designed for standard RF and TV signal transmission. With IEC male and female connectors at each end, this 5‑metre cable provides a straightforward connection between wall antenna sockets, set-top boxes, tuners and radios. The white PVC jacket is intended for indoor use and offers a discreet appearance for visible installations in living rooms or home AV cabinets.

Advantages

This coaxial cable uses a standardized IEC connector interface on both ends to ensure compatibility with most consumer TV, radio and tuner equipment. The 5 m length provides flexibility for connecting devices across a typical room without the need for extension adapters. The white outer sheath minimizes visual impact where the run is externally visible, while the cable construction delivers consistent RF signal transmission for everyday television and radio reception.

Suitable for

• Connecting set-top boxes or digital receivers to wall antenna sockets
• Linking FM/DAB radios or tuners to external antennas
• Home AV setups where a standard IEC-to-IEC lead is required
• Temporary or semi-permanent indoor installations with visible cabling

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial (IEC interface)
• Connector configuration: IEC male to IEC female
• Length: 5 m
• Jacket colour: white
• Intended use: indoor RF/TV/antenna connections

How to use

Identify the IEC connector on the device and the wall socket or antenna input. Insert the male IEC plug into the female device socket and connect the cable’s female end to the male wall or antenna connector as required. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed to avoid sharp bends or compression. For best results, keep the cable away from strong sources of electrical interference and secure it along baseboards or behind furniture to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this cable for indoor, low-loss connections between consumer RF equipment. Avoid outdoor exposure or permanent burial; for outdoor or long-term external runs choose cables and connectors rated for weather and UV resistance. If reception issues occur, check connector seating and consider replacing with a higher-specification coaxial type for longer distances or professional installations.
