Cable HDMI Type-A Mini DisplayPort Kramer Electronics C-MDP/HM/UHD-10

The Kramer C−MDP/HM/UHD-10 is a 3 m active Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Type A cable designed to connect Mini DisplayPort™ equipped PCs or laptops directly to HDMI displays without extra adapters. The cable performs an active conversion when the source does not support DP++ and works with both DisplayPort single-mode and dual-mode outputs. It supports up to 4K@60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma and is HDCP 2.2 compliant.

Advantages

This Kramer active cable provides reliable signal conversion from Mini DisplayPort to HDMI, eliminating the need for separate adapters. It supports high-resolution video (4K@60 4:4:4) and HDCP 2.2 for protected content playback. The 3 m length offers flexible placement between a laptop or PC and an HDMI monitor, TV, or projector.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or PCs with Mini DisplayPort to HDMI monitors or TVs
• Presentations with HDMI projectors in meeting rooms
• Home or office setups requiring 4K@60 video transmission
• Sources that do not support DP++ and need active conversion

Verify the display resolution settings on the source to enable 4K@60 if supported.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use with devices that support 4K@60 output and ensure HDMI cables and display devices also support 4K@60 (4:4:4) and HDCP 2.2. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain on connectors; route the cable to prevent kinks.
