How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable flat surface or frame using appropriate fasteners for the installation substrate. Fit electrical components, terminal blocks or DIN-rail-mounted devices inside according to required clearances and wiring practices. Route cables through suitably rated cable glands or conduit entries to maintain the IP66 rating. Select and install the appropriate lock system for the required access control, then secure the lid to ensure the gasket is compressed evenly to maintain sealing.

Recommendations

To preserve IP66 performance, inspect seals and fasteners periodically and replace damaged cable glands or gaskets. When installing in corrosive or coastal environments, verify compatibility of stainless steel grade and fasteners with ambient conditions. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents that may damage the surface finish; use mild detergents and soft cloths for cleaning.
