Hewlett Packard Enterprise HPE StoreEver LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 - unidad de cinta - LTO Ultrium (12TB / 30TB) - Ultrium 8 - SAS-2 - interna - 13,30cm (5,25)

The HPE StoreEver LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 is a high-capacity tape drive cartridge designed for long-term data storage and backup. It provides a native capacity of 12 TB (up to 30 TB compressed) and supports hardware data encryption with AES 256-bit. The drive uses the Linear Tape File System (LTFS) for file-based access and a Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface to connect to host systems, delivering up to 300 MB/s native transfer speed and Data Rate Matching to maintain consistent streaming performance.

Advantages

The HPE StoreEver LTO-8 offers high native and compressed capacity, built-in AES 256-bit hardware encryption for data protection, and LTFS compatibility that enables straightforward, file-like access to tape contents. Its SAS interface and Data Rate Matching feature help sustain transfer performance and reduce interruptions during backups. The compact form factor and standardized LTO technology support make it suitable for integration into existing tape infrastructures.

Suitable for

• Long-term archival storage
• Periodic full-system backups
• Offsite data retention and vaulting
• Businesses requiring hardware-encrypted tape backups
