Cable coaxial S/CONN 80025-128 5 m IEC blanco

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80025-128 5 m IEC White is a five-metre coaxial lead with IEC male connectors on both ends, designed for audio and video signal transmission between consumer electronics such as TVs, set-top boxes, radios and tuners. Its white outer jacket and flexible construction allow for tidy installations in living rooms, media cabinets and professional AV racks while maintaining consistent impedance for reliable reception.

Advantages

This coaxial cable provides stable signal transfer with minimal attenuation across standard RF and TV frequency bands. The 5 m length offers sufficient reach for typical home and small-office layouts without excess slack. A durable outer jacket protects the inner conductor and shielding from everyday wear, and the IEC-to-IEC connectors ensure simple, tool-free installation. The neutral white colour helps the cable blend into light-coloured interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting television sets to antenna outlets or set-top boxes
• Linking radios and tuners to external antenna systems
• Home theatre and media cabinet installations requiring a clean, white cable
• Temporary or permanent AV wiring in apartments and offices

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial with IEC male connectors on both ends
• Length: 5 metres
• Outer colour: white
• Construction: single central conductor with concentric shielding and protective PVC jacket
• Intended signals: RF, TV and FM audio/video transmission

How to use

Connect one IEC connector to the antenna or wall socket and the other to the IEC inlet on your TV, set-top box or tuner until the connector seats securely. Avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable route to preserve impedance characteristics. If routing behind furniture or through conduits, ensure the cable is not crushed and leave a small service loop to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best reception, keep the cable length as short as practical and avoid running coaxial cables parallel to mains power lines to reduce potential interference. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show signs of damage.
