Cable coaxial Preisner TAK9050G 5 m IEC blanco

The Preisner TAK9050G 5m IEC White coaxial cable from Televes is a 5‑metre interconnect designed for audio and video equipment that use IEC male/female connectors. The cable provides a single, continuous conductor and shield to carry TV and radio signals between tuners, set‑top boxes, TVs and other AV devices. Its white jacket and moderate length make it suitable for visible runs along walls or behind furniture while keeping connections tidy.

Advantages

This 5m coaxial cable offers a consistent impedance path to reduce reflections and maintain signal integrity across the run. The construction combines a central conductor, dielectric insulation and an outer shield to minimize electromagnetic interference. A flexible outer jacket allows easier routing in domestic environments and the neutral white finish blends with typical home decor. The IEC connectors on both ends are standard compatible with most consumer receivers and transmitters.

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before making connections. Plug the IEC male connector into the antenna output or source device and the IEC female connector into the TV or receiver input until the connectors seat firmly. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching or proximity to high‑power electrical cables. After connecting, power on the devices and perform any necessary channel tuning or signal scanning on the receiver.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable length as short as practical between source and receiver, avoid kinking the cable, and maintain separation from mains power cables to reduce interference. Use the white finish for visible installations or conceal behind skirting and cable clips for a neater appearance.
