Cable coaxial Hama 00205040 10 m F Blanco

The Hama 00205040 coaxial cable is a 10 m white cable fitted with F-type connectors at both ends. Designed for reliable signal transmission, it connects televisions, satellite receivers and other RF devices. The cable's outer sheath in white provides a neat appearance when routed along walls or behind furniture, while the connector type ensures compatibility with common TV and satellite inputs.

Advantages

This 10 m Hama coaxial cable offers stable signal transfer with low loss over typical domestic distances and a user-friendly F-connector interface for screw-on connection. The white outer jacket conceals the cable visually in light-coloured interiors and reduces visible clutter. Durable construction and standardized connectors contribute to consistent mechanical and electrical contact during installation and normal use.

How to use

Connect one F connector to the coaxial input on the television, satellite receiver or wall socket by screwing the connector onto the threaded inlet until hand-tight. Connect the other end to the corresponding outlet, ensuring the centre conductor is seated correctly and the connector is fully engaged to avoid signal degradation. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and pinch points; maintain gentle curves where direction changes are needed. If a longer run is required, use appropriate signal amplifiers or lower-loss cable types as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp kinks and excessive bending radius; keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference (large transformers, fluorescent ballast, or mains cabling). Use the cable indoors or in protected locations and secure it with non-constricting clips or cable ties to prevent mechanical strain on connectors.
