Cable coaxial ShiverPeaks RG6U 1,0/4,8 SAT-Quattro 81325-96DALUSPSTAKU Double

Coaxial cable ShiverPeaks RG6U 1.0/4.8 SAT-Quattro Double is a satellite-grade RG6U lead engineered for reliable signal transmission in satellite TV distribution systems. With a 1.0 mm central conductor and an overall diameter of 4.8 mm, this cable is intended for SAT-Quattro installations, connecting LNBs, receivers and multiswitches. The double shielding and high shielding effectiveness support stable reception in indoor and outdoor routing where RG6U specifications are required.

Advantages

The double-shielded construction reduces electromagnetic interference and helps maintain signal integrity over longer runs. A solid 1.0 mm central conductor provides consistent electrical performance suitable for satellite frequency ranges. The cable’s dimensions and mechanical design make it compatible with standard RG6 connectors and SAT-Quattro configurations, facilitating straightforward installation and reliable long-term operation.

Suitable for

• Connecting LNB outputs to SAT-Quattro multiswitch inputs
• Satellite TV distribution in residential and small commercial installations
• Indoor and protected outdoor cable routing where RG6U is specified
• Runs requiring enhanced shielding against interference

Key specifications

• Cable type: RG6U coaxial
• Center conductor diameter: 1.0 mm
• Overall cable diameter: 4.8 mm
• Shielding: double-shielded construction with high shielding effectiveness (typically >90 dB)
• Conductor material: copper-clad steel (CCS)
• Application: SAT-Quattro satellite signal distribution

How to use

Prepare cable ends by stripping the outer jacket, foil and dielectric to expose the central conductor according to the connector manufacturer’s instructions. Use connectors and tools rated for RG6 dimensions to attach F-type or SAT-Quattro compatible terminations. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and sharp edges; maintain minimum bend radius to preserve signal performance. For outdoor runs, use appropriate weatherproofing at connectors and entry points to prevent moisture ingress.

Recommendations

For best results in SAT-Quattro installations, pair this RG6U cable with matching SAT-Quattro compliant connectors and multiswitch equipment, keep runs as short as practical to reduce insertion loss, and ensure proper grounding and lightning protection according to local regulations.
