Fuente de alimentación Fractal Design FDE Ion 3 GOLD 750W 80+ GOLD negra, ATX modular, 750W de potencia de salida

fractal design FDE Ion 3 GOLD 750W 80+ GOLD Black is a modular ATX power supply that delivers 750 watts of continuous output with 80 Plus Gold efficiency. Engineered for desktop PC assemblies, this PSU combines compact dimensions, a fully modular cable set and stable voltage regulation to support high-performance CPUs and GPUs while minimizing energy loss and heat. The black housing and optimized fan profile provide a balance of quiet operation and effective cooling for gaming rigs, content creation systems and professional workstations.

Advantages

The modular cable design reduces clutter inside the case and simplifies installation and cable management. 80+ Gold efficiency lowers wasted energy and heat compared with lower-efficiency units, improving system stability and reducing operating costs. Tight voltage regulation and built-in protections ensure reliable power delivery under sustained loads, while the optimized cooling solution keeps component temperatures within specified limits without excessive noise.

Suitable for

• Gaming desktops with mid-to-high power GPUs
• Content creation PCs for video editing and 3D workloads
• Compact ATX builds where modular cables aid airflow
• Workstations requiring stable 12V rails for sustained loads

Key specifications

• Form factor: ATX
• Continuous output power: 750 W
• Efficiency certification: 80 Plus Gold
• Cable type: Fully modular cable set (black cables)
• Cooling: Quiet fan with optimized profile for temperature control
• Protections: Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection

How to use

Install the power supply into a compatible ATX chassis, secure it with the mounting screws and connect only the required modular cables for motherboard, CPU and GPU power. Verify correct connector orientation before applying torque to avoid pin damage. After connecting storage drives and peripherals, power on the system and confirm BIOS/UEFI recognizes stable voltages. Monitor initial load behavior and fan operation during the first boot and stress testing to ensure proper cooling and stable delivery under real workloads.

Recommendations

For optimal reliability, use quality modular cables and route them to maximize airflow and minimize contact with hot components. Pair the PSU with components whose combined sustained power draw stays within the recommended headroom (typically 20–30% below the unit’s maximum continuous rating) to preserve efficiency and longevity.
